At MotionMade, we stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To Be Eligible for a Return
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Clothing items must be free of odors, stains, and pet hair
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, or any item marked "final sale"
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@motionismade.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you paid with a credit card, your bank may take additional time to process the refund
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Email us at support@motionismade.com with your order number and what you'd like instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we'll cover the full cost of the return and send you a replacement at no charge. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you've still not received it, contact us at support@motionismade.com.
